Please read them carefully before using or purchasing from Aviation Design & Supply.

You agree to use this Site and our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Products and Orders

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. ADS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at checkout and processed securely through the Stripe payment gateways. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

4. AMI MX Subscriptions

Billing:

AMI MX subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Free Trial:

  • We offer a free trial period of 30 days for new users to evaluate our software.
  • During the free trial period, you will not be charged.
  • If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you will not be billed.

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the software until the end of the current billing period.

5. Shipping and Delivery

ADS ships within the United States and internationally where permitted. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier, destination, or stock availability. ADS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines eligibility, process, and timelines for product returns and refunds. Please review it carefully before submitting a return request.

7. Warranty and Liability

ADS provides products and software “as is,” without any express or implied warranties unless stated otherwise. Aviation products should only be installed and maintained by qualified personnel. ADS is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADS is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or software performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site – including text, images, logos, graphics, and software – is the property of Aviation Design & Supply or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us:
