  • Physical Products: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Process for Physical Products

  • Our team will provide instructions for the return process, including the return shipping address.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any item that miss order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Misordered items will incure a 25% restocking fee.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • In the case of a partial refund (if applicable), only part of the purchase price may be refunded.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
