With 13 years dedicated to aviation parts distribution and five years deeply involved in software as a service (SaaS) development and sales, Jaramey played a pivotal role in shaping the Aircraft Maintenance and Inventory (AMI) work order management system. Throughout his tenure in parts distribution, Jaramey spearheaded the development of multiple products aimed at enhancing operational efficiency for general aviation maintenance facilities and avionics repair stations. His efforts culminated in him achieving a green belt in Six Sigma and lean manufacturing practices. Leveraging these skills and driven by the aim to streamline autopilot installation, Jaramey conceived the ADS Autopilot kits. Additionally, he showcases his proficiency as a talented graphics artist, responsible for crafting the majority of digital content utilized in ADS marketing campaigns.
A seasoned aviation expert and charismatic servant-leader harnessing nearly two decades of industry expertise across military, general, commercial, and business aviation sectors. Mike spent 11 years in the US Army as an AH-64D mechanic before leaving as a quality control NCO. A proud graduate of the Embry-Riddle class of 2020, Mike is also recognized as a published author and co-author in both domestic and international aviation publications. Additionally, Mike is committed to mentoring transitioning veterans from military to civilian life.

Trisha runs a tight ship in our ADS Kitting department; ensuring high quality and attention to detail that ADS is known for. She has dedicated over a decade to shipping and quality control, leveraging her expertise to ensure the smooth operation of ADS.
Avionics Engineer
Matt joined the ADS Team in May 2024 to support the rapidly-growing ADS Prints department. With over 25 years of experience in providing technical, mechanical, and logistic support for both military and civil rotary and fixed-wing aviation industries, his primary duties include Quality Control, Modifications/Field Service Support, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and International Military Aircraft Logistic Support.
